Stop Animal Cruelty
You may have heard of Patrick, a cruelly starved pit bull who was sent down a garbage chute in a garbage bag and left to die. Patrick has melted the hearts of animal lovers all over the world as his story spread like wildfire over the Internet because an outraged animal advocate created a Facebook page dedicated to him. He was named after St. Patrick since his new life began on St. Patrick's Day and the name of the page is The Patrick Miracle. Indeed, a miracle! He is doing well thanks to his amazing vet team and the outpouring of support of thousands of compassionate friends of the innocent.
Patrick has received enough funding to manage all the care he needs and because of Patrick, other heartbreaking stories of abuse have been brought to our attention and Braveheart's Battle and Save Sprout, two organizations dedicated to the support of these innocent abused dogs were born. What these poor souls have endured in their short lives is heartwrenching but the outpouring of love they have received is heartwarming and renews one's faith in humankind. Both dogs have made amazing strides and are now happy and healthy in their forever homes thanks to the organizations dedicated to them and support of animal advocates all over.
